Mental health doesnʼt have to be a downer! At Two Two One we pride ourselves on every workshop being interesting, interactive and practical.

Two One Mental Health Charity was started by a passionate social worker who saw the lack of quality mental health services that match with the uniqueness of the NT.

Most people would want to know how to support their loved one through mental illness and we wanted to create safe spaces with knowledgeable facilitators to teach these skills. We also make it fun, with a range of interactive resources and activities to create meaningful conversations. Participants walk away with confidence to implement their learning. We have had many participants let us know they used their skills within days of completing their training.

We are continuing to grow, be innovative and work with new industries to spread the awareness that mental health is a part of everyoneʼs life.
