Sacha enjoys simplifying psychology and neurology for everyone to be able to apply to their lives.
At Two Two One Mental Health Charity, we work with a trusted team of experienced facilitators who are passionate about mental health and community wellbeing across the Northern Territory.
Each facilitator brings real-world experience from a range of settings, including schools, suicide prevention, police wellbeing, First Nations health, and both acute and community mental health services.

Our board is responsible for providing leadership and overseeing the overall strategy, governance, and performance of the organisation.
The strength and effectiveness of our independent, skills-based board is thanks to the diversity of its members. They come from every corner of the NT, bringing diverse skills, experiences, and backgrounds.
The board’s composition aligns with Associations NT and the ACNC’s requirements, as well as the Two Two One Mental Health Charity constitution.
Emily is currently an Industrial Liaison Officer and understands that without community awareness the appropriate support will never be given to those experiencing mental health issues. She strongly believes that mental health advocacy is necessary to enhance our understanding of mental health. Emily brings a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Business along with her Industrial Relations knowledge to the Two Two One Mental Health Charity Board.
Veronica is an acknowledged member of the community and valued social worker, with over 15 years of experience in child protection. Veronic was named the 2022 Palmerston Citizen of the year and a esteemed public speaker. Veronica bring a passion for community and bringing people together, experience in delivering training and programs and clinical experience in mental health and community work.
Diana has worked as a Chartered Account for the past 20 years and will utilise her experience and skills to improve and sustain the organisation. Diana has previous volunteer experience with youth, engagement and wellbeing program and sees the value in early intervention Mental Health initiatives. In the treasurer role, she will bring knowledge and insight to benefit the organisation and its goals.
Sam is a Darwin local of more than 28 years, Navy veteran, and experienced mental health professional with a strong background in suicide prevention, postvention, and trauma support. As Team Leader at Dawn House, Sam supports women and families experiencing complex trauma. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience as a veteran and survivor of domestic violence, Sam is passionate about creating more inclusive, informed, and compassionate mental health support for Territorians across the NT.
Shane is an experienced educator with more than 30 years working across a range of countries and cultures, supporting young people, families, and communities. Currently working in a local school, he is passionate about giving back and helping others, particularly young people, and brings a combination of professional knowledge, interpersonal skills, and lived experience. Shane offers a calm, collaborative, and strategic approach to community wellbeing and governance.
Ben is a founding board member with a practical approach to make ensure Two Two One is providing ethical, high quality and sustainable mental health education to the community. Ben brings a male working perspective to the board and provides insight into connecting with this demographic. Ben has great organisational and networking skills.
